International Fee Structure

The International Association of Psychosexual Therapists is committed to maintaining accessible and inclusive participation for professionals around the world. Recognizing that economic realities vary significantly across regions, the association uses a two-tier membership fee structure.

Tier I comprises higher-income economies and is charged the standard rate. This includes countries across Western Europe and North America, as well as Israel, Australia, and New Zealand, among others.

Tier II comprises emerging economies and regions where average professional income levels are substantially lower, including much of Eastern Europe, the Balkans, Latin America, Africa, and parts of Asia. To support broader international participation, individuals residing in Tier II countries are eligible for a 50% reduction in membership fees.

This structure reflects the association's commitment to fostering a truly global psychosexual therapy community while reducing financial barriers.
